The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a small richness, a certain gourmandize as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of fleshy / juicy Williams pear, cooked apple and small notes of lychee associated with small touches of lemon, quenette, fine hints of dried mandarin, flowers, toasted as well as a discreet hint of vanilla, fresh hazelnut, green curry and an imperceptible hint of iodine. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fruit focused and offers a fresh / juicy frame, gourmandize, a good definition, a fine tension as well as harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy / acidulous mirabelle plum and small notes of juicy / acidulous Williams pear associated with touches of yellow peach, hints of old cider, white flowers as well as a discreet hint of small yellow flowers, nutmeg, curry and a very discreet hint of brioche. Good length. Good and acidulous persistence.
