Domaine Lippe Boileau 2018 – Bourgogne

The nose is fruity and offers a fine freshness as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of small wild red fruits, juicy/fresh cherry, small notes of lily associated with a touch of blackberry, rose and a discreet hint of liquorice (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a fine fleshiness, gourmandize, a flattery fruit and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, juicy cherry, small notes of lily associated with small touches of rose petal, crushed strawberry as well as a subtle hint of zan. Good length. Tannins are very discreetly firm and finely tight. A very discreet hint of almond on the persistence.
