The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a certain roundness / suavity, a small acidulous frame, a fine straightness, a fine grain as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, mesocarp and small notes of crunchy / fresh strawberry associated with small touches of apple blossom, fresh / varietal cassis bud, juicy apple as well as discreet hints of pink lychee, rose and with discreet almost toasted / oak hints. Good length.
