The nose is finely on the hold and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy raspberry, small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of violet, small crushed fruits as well as very fine hints of liquorice stick and black tea. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful fine grain and straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/crushed cherry, fleshy Boysen berry, small notes of crushed cassis associated with small touches of plum, liquorice, chocolate as well as fine hints of toasted and a discreet hint of vanilla.
