It reveals notes of black cherry, small juicy black berries, small notes of black plum associated with fine touches of juicy blueberry, wild strawberry as well as discreet hints of liquorice, lilac/cornflower and an imperceptible hint of fresh mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, suavity as well as a fine fat, precision and a certain purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright blackberry, small notes of juicy blueberry associated with touches of cornflower, lilac as well as hints of liquorice, cocoa, grey pepper and a discreet hint of mild tobacco. Good length. Tannins are structuring. A very discreet hint of cocoa, flowers, grilled and bitterness on the finish.
