The nose is fresh, fruity and offers elegance, a good definition, a beautiful definition of the fruit (precise). It reveals notes of ripe/juicy kumquat, juicy/fresh Mirabelle, small notes of lemon associated with small touches of peach, a discreet hint of crunchy green apple, fresh nutmeg as well as discreet hints of bee wax. The palate is fruity, aery and offers finesse, elegant, a small aerial side, a very beautiful balance as well as a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as a beautiful finesse of the guideline, a pulpy/juicy/acidulous fruit and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, juicy Mirabelle, small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of juicy/pulpy yellow peach, a saline minerality as well as a subtle saline hint and bee wax. Good length.
