The nose is fresh and offers minerality. It reveals notes of fresh tilleul, fresh apple, small notes of fresh citron associated with very fine hints of white flowers. The palate is fruity, fresh, beautifully acidulous, very discreetly tight and offers gourmandize, a fine fleshiness, a beautiful fresh frame, a beautiful fat and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy apple, juicy/crunchy pear, small notes of lemon associated with touches of grapefruit, tilleul, very fine hints of small fresh yellow fruits and an imperceptible hint of bee wax.
