The palate is fruity, fruity, elegant, beautifully defined, beautifully dynamic and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, a beautiful delicate/finely unctuous matter, delicacy, harmony, tension as well as suavity and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/fresh vine peach, juicy/fresh apple, small notes of fresh pear associated with touches of lychee, lemon, small fresh citrus as well as hints of toasted oak, Mirabelle, ripe grapefruit, sweet spices and a racy minerality. Good length and persistence. A subtle hint of acacia as well as a good bitter/varietal hint in the finish/persistence.
