The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandize, complexity, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a certain density and concentration. It reveals notes of crushed redcurrant, crushed raspberry, small notes of pulpy/juicy cassis associated with touches of cherry, violet as well as small hints of camphor, grey pepper and an imperceptible sappy hint/fresh pine needle. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, harmony, tension as well as a certain finesse/fluidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, pulpy/fleshy blackberry, small notes of fleshy/pulpy red berries associated with touches of fleshy/pulpy cherry as well as hints of violet, gravels, cardamom, discreet hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible sappy hint. Good length. Tannins are fine.
