The nose is aromatic, flowery and offers a small intensity as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of lilac, lily, small notes of crushed blackberry associated with fine touches of fleshy blueberry, crushed strawberry as well as fine hints of liquorice, gravels, a discreet hint of camphor, almond, Cuben pepper and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, slightly tight and offers juiciness, tension as well as a certain gourmandize, a small straightness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of lilac, violet associated with small touches of crushed cassis as well as fine hints of liquorice, toasted oak, almond (in the background) and a discreet hint of vanilla. A gourmand wine which offers gourmandize, richness/pulpiness as well as a good tension. Tannins are very discreetly marked. Good length.
