The nose is fruity, elegant, racy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition of the fruit, a certain generosity and precision of the fruit. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, pulpy plum, small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of raspberry as well as small hints of toasted, nutmeg, a discreet hint of cocoa, camphor and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame, freshness, suavity, a small aerial side and a flattery/gourmand side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy cassis, small notes of plum associated with touches of small red berries, cherry as well as hints of violet, rose, very fine hints of nutmeg, toasted almond, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are elegant. A fine bitterness and cocoa on the persistence.
