The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of candied quince, linden and small notes of candied pear associated with touches of candied nectarine, dry apricot, very discreet hints of fresh mango and spices. The palate is fruity and offers precision, a very fine straightness, a fine freshness as well as a fine tension, an acidulous frame and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied quince, crystallized Mirabelle, small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with a touch of dry apricot, candied apple, a very discreet hint of verbena and linden. Good length. A very discreet hint of pâtisseries and an imperceptible saline hint of on the finish/persistence.
