The nose is elegant, fruity, gourmand and offers generosity, a very fine creamy sensation, a fine grain and a fine intensity. It reveals notes of strawberry cream, crushed cassis, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of fleshy blueberry, lily as well as hints of nutmeg, cardamom, a very discreet hint of toasted/caramelization and an imperceptible hint of camphor. The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, minerality as well as gourmandize, a small creaminess, a beautiful matter, a good guideline and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of strawberry cream, crushed cassis, small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with small touches of fleshy violet plum, cornflower/lily, toasted, chocolate and discreet hints of sweet spices. An imperceptible hint of green cardamom and caramelization on the finish/persistence. Good length. Tannins are elegant, precise and well-built.
