It reveals notes of crunchy cassis, cassis bud, small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of blackberry, varietal as well as a subtle hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of ripe red pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, finely tight and offers a fine fat, minerality, a fine freshness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, juicy redcurrant, small notes of crunchy raspberry associated with small touches of fresh violet, lily as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh tobacco leaf. Tannins are very finely chewy.
