The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity, a fine richness, gourmandize as well as a certain pulpiness. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy raspberry, small notes of pulpy plum associated with touches of fresh lilac, fresh cornflower as well as hints of vanilla and a discreet hint of hazelnut. The palate is fresh, juicy, well-balanced, slightly on the hold and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a certain gourmandize and a fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, juicy cherry, small notes of redcurrant associated with touches of fresh lily, fresh cornflower as well as hints of pink laurel, crushed plum as well as fine hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Tannins are finely marked. This wine needs time.
