The nose is racy. It reveals notes of quince, small yellow berries and small notes of fresh nutmeg associated with touches of dry almond as well as hints of crushed white fruits and very discreet hints of dry oak. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, fleshy / juicy fruit, gourmandize, an acidulous frame as well as precision. The effervescence is precise and very finely creamy. On the palate, this Champagne expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy wild yellow berries and small notes of fleshy / pulpy nectarine associated with fine touches of lemon as well as very discreet hints of dried almond and an imperceptible hint of clove. Good length.
