The nose offers notes of quince, fresh nutmeg and small notes of yellow nectarine associated with fine hints of linden, small fruits as well as a discreet hint of verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a small suavity, a fine fat, gourmandize as well as a beautiful freshness. The effervescence is dynamic and well-built. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy / crunchy yellow apple and small notes of yellow nectarine associated with a touch of lemon, fine hints of lemon blossom, zest, linden as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices / nutmeg and fresh leather. Presence of an imperceptible hint of fresh almond in the background. Good length.
