The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of quince, mirabelle plum and small notes of yellow flowers associated with fine hints of citron, a discreet hint of lemon mesocarp as well as an imperceptible hint of peach and varietal. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine suavity as well as a certaine tension. The effervescence is quite fine. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of citron, quince and small notes of acidulous yellow berries associated with a touch of dried peach as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg. Good length.
