The nose offers some complexity as well as a fine intensity. There are notes of dry almond, sweet spices and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with small touches of citron, quince, a hint of zest, discreet hints of small yellow flowers as well as a subtle hint of cloves and honey. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame. The effervescence is very fine and frank.
