(bases: 2013/2014. Disgorgement 02/2020) The nose is fruity, mineral and race. It reveals notes of white peach, white flowers and small notes of fresh cassis associated with small touches of quince, small yellow flowers, racy minerality as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize, a small creaminess, freshness, suavity as well as a fine straightness. The effervescence is well-built and fine. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of white peach, crushed nectarine and small notes of yellow flowers associated with touches of quince as well as a subtle hint of fresh blackberry and very discreet hints of biscuit. Good length.
