The nose is aromatic and offers freshness as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of citron, zest and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of peach as well as a hint of peach flowers, verbena and a very discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, an acidulous frame, a fine tension as well as a good definition. The effervescence is very fine and frank. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh citron, zest and small notes of quince associated with touches of juicy / fresh plum, a touch of peach, very discreet hints of fresh flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of verbena / acacia (in the background) and flint. Good length. Presence of a discreet hint of almond and brioche on the persistence.
