Champagne Michel Genet – MG Biographie 2011 – Brut

The nose offers a small power, complexity, a small intensity as well as a fine grain. There are notes of crushed apple, cooked pear and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with touches of yellow flowers, quince as well as a discreet hint of spices, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of hint of cloves. The palate is juicy, gourmande, precise and offers elegance, fullness, a good guideline, finesse as well as a fine acidulous frame. The effervescence is dynamic and frank. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy pear, quince and small notes of juicy lemon associated with a touch of yellow flowers, egg cream as well as a very discreet hint of cloves (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of vanilla on the persistence / aftertaste.
