Champagne Franck Pascal – Harmonie 2011, Blanc de Noirs – Extra-Brut

It reveals notes of juicy quince, juicy nectarine and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with very discreet hints of butter / brioche and an imperceptible almost honeyed hint. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, a good definition, suavity as well as freshness. The effervescence is well-built and quite dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed nectarine and small notes of apricot associated with touches of small yellow fruits as well as a subtle hint of small yellow flowers and a very discreet hint of butter / brioche. Good length.
