The nose is fresh, elegant, well-built and offers dynamism. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, lemon and small notes of lemon blossoms / honeysuckle associated with touches of spices as well as a hint of pineapple and discreet hints of clove. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, dynamic, well-balanced and offers a fine tension. The effervescence is fine and dynamic. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry and small notes of vine peach associated with touches of lemon, a hint of small yellow fruits, honeysuckle, spices as well as a very discreet hint of acacia and cloves. Good length. Presence of a fine bitterness on the finish.
