The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, suavity, fullness, a certain gourmandize, juiciness, a beautiful definition, a very fine sweetness as well as a fine straightness. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of fresh nectarine, fresh apple and small notes of quince associated with a touch of fresh / fleshy apricot, very fine hints of lychee / quenette as well as discreet hints of lemon blossom, brioche, dried almond, a discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible varietal hint (in the background). Good length.
