The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, a racy minerality, fat, a fine sweetness, a certain roundness, freshness as well as deepness. The effervescence is fine and dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of crushed vine peach associated with touches of crushed apple, exotic fruits as well as a subtle hint of crystallized lemon, a discreet hint of flowers lemon tree and an imperceptible almost butter hint (in the background). Good length.
