It reveals notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, apple and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of lemon as well as a hint of flowers and very discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fresh (beautiful freshness), fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, suavity, a small fat as well as a certain generosity. The effervescence is dynamic, well-built and elegant. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy raspberry and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with small touches of apple, quenette, lemon as well as fine hints of juicy tangerine, lemon blossoms and very discreet hints of buttered brioche. Good length.
