(disgorgement: 07/2019) The nose is fresh, well-built and offers a fine intensity, finesse, elegance as well as a very fine incisive side. The nose reveals notes of mandarin, kumquat and zest associated with fine touches of pear, lemon as well as discreet hints of honeysuckle, exotic fruits and a hint of fresh raspberry. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, a beautiful sharp side, a small fat as well as suavity. The effervescence is fine, delicate and frank. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy mandarin and small notes of crunchy / juicy vine peach associated with touches of lemon blossoms, apple blossoms as well as discreet hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of fresh almond. Good length.
