The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant and offers a certain fullness, finesse, a beautiful definition, a beautiful acidulous frame as well as a good definition. The effervescence is fine, delicate and offers elegance. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy mandarin, juicy lemon and small notes of lychee associated with touches of juicy vine peach, a subtle hint of apricot blossoms, peach blossoms as well as very discreet hints of juicy quince, brioche and sweet spices. Good length. A gastronomic rosé!
