It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, fresh strawberry and small notes of fresh / juicy yellow apple associated with small touches of nectarine as well as a hint of zest and lemon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition as well as a fine acidulous frame. The effervescence is frank, dynamic and fine. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, fresh strawberry and small notes of fresh lemon associated with a touch of crunchy / juicy nectarine as well as a very discreet hint of fresh orange, vinous and dried almond. Good length. Good acidulous persistence
