The nose is fresh, fruity, pure and offers elegance. It reveals notes of fresh / fleshy white peach, fresh / fleshy apple and small notes of lemon associated with fine touches of exotic fruits as well as a discreet hint of apricot blossoms. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, a very fine vinous side, a good definition, roundness, gourmandize, elegance as well as a discreet aerial side. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy raspberry, fleshy / juicy vine peach and small notes of crunchy / juicy apple associated with small touches of lemon as well as a discreet hint of kumquat, lychee, of pink and a subtle chalky hint. Good length.
