Champagne Domaine La Borderie – Douce Folie – Extra-Brut Rosé

It reveals notes of crunchy raspberry, raspberry leaf and small notes of quince associated with small touches of pulpy cassis as well as very fine hints of brioche and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, elegant, precise and offers tension, a small aerial side as well as a fine straightness. The effervescence is very fine and precise. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of raspberry, redcurrants and small notes of raspberry leaf associated with touches of quince, crunchy mirabelle plum, a subtle hint of lemon mesocarp as well as a very discreet hint of flowers of lemon and subtle hints of spices. A Champagne wine full of precision.
