The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers gourmandize, a good definition and a certain richness (full of control). It reveals notes of pulpy/bright raspberry, blackberry, small notes of bright strawberry associated with small touches of blueberry as well as fine hints of green cardamom, pink laurel, local copse, a hint of spices and very fine hints of vanilla pod. The palate is elegant, gourmandize, beautifully defined and offers silkiness, dynamism, energy as well as a racy minerality, a small acidulous frame and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright raspberry, small notes of raspberry leaf associated with small touches of cassis bud, blueberry as well as hints of pink laurel, a racy minerality, a subtle hint of spices and fresh black olive. Good length. Very discreet hints of vanilla pod, liquorice and a subtle iodine/saline hint on the finish/persistence.
