Terre des 2 Sources – Caprices 2017 – Terrasses du Larzac

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a small concentration as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of cherry, redcurrant in syrup, small notes of concentration cassis associated with small touches of crushed strawberry, violet as well as fine hints of liquorice, pink laurel and an imperceptible hint of pepper/spices. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, a fine unctuosity, concentration as well as intensity, dynamism and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cherry, crushed raspberry, small notes of redcurrant in syrup associated with touches of pulpy cassis as well as very fine hints of liquorice, pink laurel/varietal, very discreet hints of liquorice and caramelization (in the background). Tannins are structuring.
