The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the grain and intensity. It reveals notes of cherry, crushed red berries, small notes of acidulous blackberry candy associated with touches of pepper, sense of the place (local biotope), cherry blossom, discreet hints of liquorice and an imperceptible iodine/saline hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, dynamism as well as fullness and a spheric side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, acidulous raspberry candy, small notes of small red berries associated with touches of raspberry leaf, cassis bud, liquorice as well as a hint of black olive, sense of the place and very discreet hints of dry mild tobacco (in the background). Good length. Tannins are precise, elegant and relatively supple.
