The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain, gourmandize, a small spheric side, a fine acidulous frame, freshness and a beautiful suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, cherry seed, small notes of blackberry associated with a touch of cassis bud, liquorice, cornflower as well as fine hint of fresh local copse, juicy/fresh violet plum and sweet spices. A very discreet hint of cocoa and toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
