The nose is racy and offers a small power as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, small crunchy wild red fruits, small notes of cherry stem associated with small touches of raspberry, plum as well as discreet hints of local copse and a hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, suavity as well as a fine tension, dynamism and a small silky side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, small juicy/acidulous red berries, small notes of crunchy cherry associated with a touch of acidulous plum as well as fine hints of cherry blossom, garrigue, a hint of dry mild tobacco, a very discreet hint of racy minerality and nutmeg. Tannins are finely firm. An acidulous finish. A very discreet hint of crushed almond on the persistence.
