It reveals notes of fleshy apple, fleshy brugnon, small notes kumquat associated with a fine touch of mirabelle, lychee, quenette, a discreet hint of zests, a racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of lemon verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, gourmandize, a small unctuosity as well as a beautiful definition/guideline, a fine acidulous frame and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quenette, fleshy brugnon, fleshy apple, small notes of kumquat, quince associated with fine hints of lemon and an imperceptible hint of yuzu. Good length. A very discreet hint of bitterness and fresh hazelnut on the persistence.
