The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, roundness, fat as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied vine peach, small notes of candied kumquat associated with touches of candied mandarine, roasted pineapple as well as subtle hints of tarte tatin, crushed almond and very fine hints of caramelization.
