The nose is fresh, fruity, racy and offers a racy minerality, elegance as well as deepness. It reveals notes of fresh/sugared lemon, sugared/Fresh brugnon, small notes of fresh kumquat associated with touches of quince, fleshy/juicy pear, crushed green apple, spices as well as fine hints of flint, honey, nutmeg/spices and a very discreet hint of verbena (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, tension, a racy minerality as well as gourmandize, a fine/racy grain and a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, zests, small notes of candied peach associated with touches of fleshy/fresh apple, juicy citrus, lychee, juicy/fresh quenette as well as small hints of candied quince, very fine hints of honey, verbena and roasted pineapple. An imperceptible hint of patisseries, caramel, grilled, dry fruits as well as a very discreet almost saline hint on the persistence. Good length.
