The nose is fruity and offers juiciness, a good definition, a racy minerality as well as a small freshness and a fine crunchiness/biting. It reveals notes of candied white peach, fleshy green quenette, a fine touch of lemon, a hint of pink/sugared grapefruit as well as very discreet hints of zests, fresh nutmeg and flint. The palate is fruity and offers a beautiful freshness, an acidulous frame, roundness as well as suavity, finesse of the grain, crunchiness/biting, tension and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied pear, candied brugnon, small notes of sugared kumquat associated with small touches of crystallized lemon, lychee as well as hints of white flowers, honeysuckle, nutmeg and very discreet hints of coconut. An imperceptible hint of fresh almond and flint on the persistence/aftertaste.
