The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / mineral frame, elegance, a beautiful finesse of the grain, tension (in finesse), a good finesse of suavity as well as a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, pulpy / juicy cassis and small notes of crushed red berries associated with small touches of crushed blueberry, zan as well as slight hints of chocolate, caramelization and with a discreet hint of caramelized hazelnut.
