The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, slightly tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, a fine sapidity as well as a fine freshness, fat, a certain richness and a pulpy/finely silky touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, small juicy red berries, small notes of juicy blackberry associated with touches of crunchy wild raspberry, rose as well as hints of chocolate, mild tobacco leaf and a subtle hint of clove (in the background).
