The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fresh/mineral frame, gourmandize as well as suavity, finesse of the grain, a small tension, a good freshness and unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized green apple, sugared kumquat, small notes of lychee associated with small touches of white flowers, crushed Mirabelle as well as discreet hints of roasted pineapple, sweet spices and a subtle hint of honey. Good length.
