It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy wild cassis, pulpy/juicy small black berries, small notes of lily, violet associated with fine touches of juicy/pulpy small blue berries, zan, hints of crushed raspberry as well as very fine hints of nutmeg, sweet spices, Bourbon vanilla pod, caramelized hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully racy and offers a fine acidulous frame, precision, tension (in finesse), delicacy, intensity (in finesse), deepness, freshness, juiciness as well as density (in finesse). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy wild cassis, pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, lily, bright blueberry as well as very discreet hints of hazelnut, chocolate, a subtle hint of toasted and an imperceptible hint of cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. There is a very fine hint of bitterness of the cocoa on the persistence.
