The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers gourmandize, a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the fat as well as a beautiful suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, boysen berry, small notes of violet plum associated with small touches of liquorice, sugared mild tobacco, chocolate as well as fine hints of cuben pepper and lily. Good persistence on notes of chocolate. Tannins are precise and elegant.
