It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild blackberry, small notes of pepper associated with touches of small crushed blue fruits, violet, camphor as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, fresh and offers a good definition, gourmandize, tension, a good finesse of the grain and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis, small notes of crushed small blue fruits associated with a touch of pulpy raspberry, violet plum, cornflower, liquorice as well as subtle hints of chocolate, cardamom and caramelization. Good length.
