The nose is racy and offers power, gourmandize as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of crushed Boysen berry, crushed strawberry, small notes of liquorice associated with a touch of small crushed blue berries and pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse of the fat, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, juicy/pulpy raspberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small juicy black fruits as well as hints of liquorice stick, cardamom and dark chocolate. Tannins are well-built.
