The nose offers a small controled power, a small concentration as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild raspberry, small notes of small berries associated with touches of cornflower, small berries as well as hints of violet, liquorice, very fine hints of chocolate and an imperceptible hint of cardamom. The palate is fresh, mineral fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, a fine grain, sapidity as well as gourmandize/generosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, juicy/fresh cassis, small notes of juicy/fresh raspberry associated with small touches of violet, cornflower, juicy/crunchy violet plum as well as hints of caramelization, almond, mild tobacco and a very discreet hint of cedar. Tannins are well-built and elegant. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of fresh coffee bean and toasted/ripe hazelnut on the persistence. A fresh, gourmand, juicy and precise wine.
