The nose is aromatic and offers a well-controlled power. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crushed wild strawberry, small notes of small ripe wild fruits associated with fine touches of cornflower, lily, hints of grey pepper, very fine hints of toasted as well as a very discreet hint of camphor and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, mineral, beautifully fresh, well-balanced, very finely tight and offers a good definition as well as a fine tension (brings a small aerial side). On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, fresh/pulpy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of wild strawberry, fresh/crunchy raspberry as well as hints of chocolate, toasted and subtle hints of hazelnut. Tannins are well-built and racy.
